Our Services
Fret & Frame is all about capturing stories that are soulful, nostalgic, and a little mysterious. From wedding films to Harmony Sessions, we create cinematic keepsakes that feel like home. Each project is crafted with our unique artistic vision, which is why you’re here, right?

Booking & Payments
To lock in your date, a non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures your spot on our calendar (and keeps us from double-booking). The remaining balance is due [X days] before the big day. We accept payments via [list payment methods].

Cancellations & Refunds
Life happens, we get it. If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but depending on timing, we might be able to reschedule. Refunds are not provided once the final product has been delivered.

Rescheduling & Unforeseen Circumstances
We’re flexible, but sometimes life throws curveballs. If rescheduling is necessary due to weather, illness, or other unexpected events, we’ll work with you to find a new date.

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), Fret & Frame reserves the right to reschedule or cancel. If that happens, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate a new date.

Our Artistic Style & Creative Control
You’re here because you love our funky, soulful vibe, and we couldn’t be more honored! While we’re all about collaborating and hearing your vision, we ask that you trust our creative process.

We pour our hearts into each project and make artistic choices that we believe best tell your story. Final editing decisions, including color grading, music choice, and narrative flow, are at our discretion.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All videos and photos created by Fret & Frame are our artistic property. That means we own the copyrights, but don’t worry—we’re generous. You get personal usage rights to share, download, and print for non-commercial purposes.

Just one thing: please credit Fret & Frame when sharing online. It’s the polite thing to do, and it helps us continue to grow!

Delivery of Final Products
We aim to deliver your cinematic masterpiece within [X weeks/months]. You’ll receive a digital download link, and for an extra fee, we can provide physical copies like USB drives.

We take great care to ensure the highest quality, but please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Revisions & Edits
Your package includes [X rounds] of revisions because we want you to love your film. Additional edits are available at an extra cost. Let’s make sure we get your story just right.

Liability & Indemnity
